Cory Powell – Owner and Founder of Renew Ltd, has worked in the water industry for over 25 years. Cory began his career within the family business Everett M Powell Water service where he was involved in the delivery of water, tank maintenance, waterproofing and building/property restoration works. His experience in the trade ranges from overseeing large commercial jobs to residential projects and Government contracts. Cory founded Renew Ltd in 2006 through his passion to keep Bermuda a beautiful island home and to provide the very best customer service possible. Since opening as a mobile pressure washing company he has expanded the service line to include restoration and concrete waterproofing through XYPEX. In 2008 while working on several projects with XYPEX he was approached by the manufacturer’s representative to take over the local distribution and technical service side on island. Since then Cory has consulted and carried out over 100 successful waterproofing projects throughout the island. Cory takes pride in every job and with a small tight knit ALL Bermudian crew he is able to ensure clients needs are well managed. Cory believes that the Renew Crew are the best in the business and stresses that without the right staff you are doomed to fail. Cory thanks the team for all of their hard work.

Matthew Tumbridge – Project Coordinator – Matthew joined the Renew Ltd team in 2009 to manage multiple projects and has been instrumental in the continued growth of the company ever since. Matthew has developed a true talent for successfully coordinating all components of a project and meeting deadlines; as well as, effectively communicating with all involved parties. His no-nonsense attitude, along with a great sense of humor makes him a great mentor for the entire team. Working around water all day makes Matthew a little sad as he would rather be fishing;-)

Robert Percy – Job Foreman/ Lead Technician
Robert has joined the Renew team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the roofing, painting & waterproofing industries. He is a go-getter who is willing to bat for you when the score is tied and you need a big hit. Robert is well known throughout the Bermuda Seagull racing community, loves fishing and his little girl & boy (Hanna & Jameison). Robert is thorough, conscientious and is a valuable asset to the Renew team.

Michael Carvelho – Job Foreman
Michael is an all around tradesman and has been in the construction and maintenance business for most of his life. He joined Renew in June 2011 and is a true jack of all trades. Michaels years of experience in the field, knowledge of the industry and great customer focus make him an expert at customer service. If you can’t find Michael he’s cheering on Liverpool somewhere!
Patricia Carreiro – Office Manager
Started with Renew Ltd in September 2010, she brings with her over 17 years of office administrative skills and customer service. Busy mom of twin boys and loves spending time with her husband and children. Enjoys shopping, movies, baking, travelling and sitting off with a few good friends.
